MNTN sends hourly impression, conversion, and spend data to Northbeam.
Northbeam processes data 3x per day.
Verified Visit data isn't shared with Northbeam.
Northbeam matches incoming data against customer journeys and attributes conversions to MNTN.
All MNTN performance must be viewed using Northbeam's Clicks + Deterministic Views attribution model.
Before You Begin
To avoid issues and ensure MNTN data appears in Northbeam, confirm these requirements before and after setup. You will complete some of these steps during setup below, but note all must be true for the integration to work:
Clicks + Deterministic Views is enabled in Northbeam.
You must enable Clicks + Deterministic Views and select “MNTN” as a platform.
The integration is connected in your MNTN account.
You will connect this in Step 2 below. Make sure the integration shows as Connected.
You’re viewing data with the Clicks + Deterministic Views attribution model in Northbeam.
MNTN performance only appears when Clicks + Deterministic Views is selected.
Your attribution and look back windows are 30+ days.
Ensure your attribution window and look back reporting window match your sales cycle and the typical CTV consideration period.
⚠️ Warning: If any of these are incomplete, you won’t see MNTN data in Northbeam.
Set It Up
Enable the integration in Northbeam.
Generate a MNTN API Key.
Sign in to Northbeam.
Go to Settings > Connections > MNTN.
Under MNTN Channels, select which channels to connect.
Under API Key, paste your MNTN API key.
Click Connect.

Go to Settings > Model Settings.
Under Attribution Models Available, check the box for both:

⚠️ Warning: The MNTN integration is specific to Northbeam's Clicks + Deterministic Views attribution model. Make sure it's enabled to see MNTN results.
Enable the integration in MNTN.
Sign in to your MNTN account.
From the account dropdown in the top right, select My Account.
In the left pane under MY ACCOUNT, click Integrations.
Under Analytics Integrations, find Northbeam and click Connect.
MNTN data begins syncing over the next 72 hours.
Verify Order ID alignment.
This integration uses Order IDs for deterministic matching. To confirm alignment:
In Northbeam: Go to Orders > Order ID and note the format (for example, Shopify order numbers).
In MNTN: When installing your Conversion Pixel, use the same Order ID format.
Existing MNTN advertisers: Go to Reporting > Campaign > Conversion Details to confirm your current Order ID format.
Using Shopify in both systems? Order IDs align automatically.
If your Order IDs don't align, please adjust the mapping on your conversion pixel or reach out to us for help with pixel changes.
Understand data processing.
The first data sync may take up to 72 hours.
After setup:
MNTN sends data to Northbeam hourly
Northbeam processes that data three times per day
In your Northbeam dashboard, you'll see two timestamps:
Last retrieved — when Northbeam last received data from MNTN
Last processed — when Northbeam made that data visible
Fix It
If MNTN data isn’t appearing:
Confirm all requirements in Before You Begin are complete.
Allow at least 72 hours after initial connection.
Confirm Order IDs match between systems.
Ensure your reporting view is set to 30+ days.
Use CDV — not Visits — for all MNTN analysis.
If issues persist in Northbeam, reach out to Northbeam support.
