A few things to know:
Reporting only: The integration sends MNTN-attributed reporting data into Triple Whale for viewing. This data will not be deduped across other channels in Triple Whale. It does not feed MNTN data into Triple Whale's multi-touch attribution or AI models.
No cross-device attribution: Triple Whale cannot link TV ad impressions to actions on other devices, which limits their ability to measure CTV performance.
Alternative attribution methods: Triple Whale instead measures TV impact using post-purchase surveys, vanity URL visits, and discount code usage. These methods are not deterministic and cannot definitively connect all ad exposure to conversions.
