Overview
Fivetran connects MNTN to your data warehouse, automatically syncing campaign performance data through the MNTN Reporting API.
With Fivetran, you can combine MNTN reporting with data from your other marketing platforms, analyze performance across channels, and build custom dashboards without manually exporting reports.
How data moves
Fivetran uses your MNTN Reporting API key to retrieve data and sync it to your configured destination.
This is a one-way connection. Data does not sync back to MNTN, and Fivetran does not change the reporting metrics or attribution calculated by MNTN.
What Syncs | Direction | Available in |
MNTN Reporting Data | MNTN → Fivetran → Data warehouse | Your configured Fivetran destination |
⚠️ Warning: If a requested reporting field is empty, the MNTN Reporting API may omit the entire record rather than return an empty value. Records omitted by the API won't sync to Fivetran, which may result in missing data in your destination.
Before You Begin
You'll need:
an active Fivetran account with a configured destination.
⚠️ Warning: Treat your Reporting API key like a password. Anyone with the key can use it to access your MNTN reporting data.
Set It Up
Follow the instructions to configure the MNTN connector using your MNTN Reporting API key.
Complete the connection setup and select Save & Test.
Once connected, Fivetran syncs your MNTN reporting data to your configured destination automatically.
