Analyze results down to the zip code level
When enabled:
The Location Report becomes the default location report
The Location Report is introduced as the primary way to view location performance
Existing State, Media Market, and City reports are no longer shown in the left-hand navigation by default
These reports remain available through the custom report builder
Scheduled reports based on existing reports will continue to send as configured
Why it matters
Why it matters
Location-based reporting helps you understand how your campaigns perform across different geographic areas.
This is especially important if:
Your campaigns are targeted at specific locations
You manage multiple locations (such as franchise models)
You need to evaluate performance at a more granular level
Zip code–level reporting allows you to align performance with how your business is structured.
How it works
How it works
Location data is derived from IP address signals and mapped to:
Zip code
City
Media Market
State
All higher-level geographies are derived from zip code, ensuring consistency across views.
Use the Location Report
Access it
At the top of the platform, click on the REPORTING tab.
From the left navigation pane, under Reports, select Location.
View performance at the country level
Start at the default view to see:
A map visualization
A Top 10 list of locations
A list of metrics by location
A detailed table of performance by state
Change the metric
On the left side, select a different metric to update the report.
Drill into a location
Filter by state, or click on a state or media market to explore more detailed performance.
When you drill in:
The map and metrics focus on that region
The Top 10 list becomes more granular
The table updates to reflect your selection and can be used to generate an API pull at that level (for example, zip code data when zip code is selected)
Switch geographic levels
Toggle between:
State
Media Market
📝 Note: In some cases, data points may appear outside of visual boundaries when viewing market-level data but the data is accurate.
City
Zip Code
This applies to all report components.
