Overview
Once your MNTN account is created, you’ll use MNTN Pass to sign in and access the platform. This article covers two key account access tasks:
Sign In — enter your company email and password to access your account.
Reset Password — follow a quick verification process if you forget or need to update your password.
Sign In to Your Account
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Enter your company email address and click Continue.
Enter your password and click Sign In.
You’ll be redirected to the MNTN platform.
Reset Your Password
Go to the MNTN Sign In page.
Enter your company email and click Continue.
On the password screen, click Forgot Password?
Confirm your email and click Reset Password.
Didn’t receive the email in 1 minute? Click Resend.
Wrong email? Select Not Me? to re-enter.
Check your email for your 6-digit verification code.
Enter the code and click Continue.
Enter a new password and click Update Password.
You’ll be redirected into the platform. You'll receive an email confirming the password change.
⚠️ Warning: If the password is not strong enough, you’ll see an error: “Given password is not strong enough.” Re-enter a stronger password and click Update Password again.
For your security, avoid reusing old passwords. Use a unique mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. And never share your verification code or password with others.
