Learn how to use the Messenger in MNTN to ask the AI agent questions, search the Help Center, or submit a request to a MNTN teammate for additional support.

Overview

The quickest way to get help at MNTN is through the Messenger — the chat icon in the bottom-left corner of the platform and Help Center. You can ask our AI agent questions, search articles, or request help from a MNTN teammate.

From the Home Tab

Ask a question

  1. Click the Chat icon.

  2. From the Home tab, click Ask a question.

    The AI agent opens and greets you. It can:

    • Answer common questions

    • Point you to relevant help articles

    • Walk you through processes

    • Provide quick guidance without waiting for a human

Just chat naturally — type what you need and the AI will respond right away.

Request human support

If you need help from our team, enter submit a request.

The AI agent will intake your details and may suggest routing prompts if it detects you need more specific support:

  • "I have a question" — for general questions or guidance

  • "I'm experiencing a bug" — to report technical issues

  • "Something else" — if your request doesn’t fit a category

You can access your conversation with MNTN Support at any time by clicking on the Messages tab.

Search for Help

  1. Click the Chat icon.

  2. Click Search for help or click the Help tab.

  3. Enter your search topic in the search bar at the top.

    You’ll see step-by-step guides, troubleshooting articles, and best-practice content — available 24/7.
