Manage Portfolios

Create, configure, and deactivate portfolios to organize your advertiser accounts in one place.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

A MNTN Portfolio is a flexible way to manage your advertiser accounts and assign the necessary roles and permissions to team members to access their associated accounts.

Portfolios are typically used by Agencies and Parent Companies that have several advertisers running on MNTN's platform. Those advertiser accounts can be grouped together in our system as a "Portfolio," which allows Portfolio Admins single login access to all of the Portfolio's advertiser accounts.

Create New Portfolios

  1. In the upper-right corner of the platform, click on your account name.

  2. Select My Account.

  3. On the left-hand side menu, select Portfolios & Advertisers.

  4. Select Portfolios.

  5. Click + New Portfolio.

You'll see a pop-up called "New Portfolio," where you can enter your Portfolio Name and add any notes you want to include.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Assign Advertisers.
Select advertiser accounts you already have access to. Click Next.

You'll only have access to add advertisers to your New Portfolio that you already have assigned access to. Advertisers are individual MNTN accounts that have their own set of campaigns.

  8. Assign Users.
All users assigned here will default to Portfolio Admin status. If youโ€™d prefer to grant access to individual advertisers only, manage that separately in the Users tab. Click Next.

๐Ÿ“ Note: If you are not able to add an existing user to your portfolio through this step, please reach out to us and ask to speak to a support representative.
