Add Tracking Parameters to Visit URLs

Customize your landing page URLs with UTM parameters to support performance analysis.

Overview

Within the campaign setup, you can define the Tracking Parameters for each creative group. For all newly attached creatives, you will need to input your Tracking Parameters starting with the Visit URL.

Add a Visit URL only for Multi-Touch ads (clickable placements). This is the page users go to after clicking your ad. Performance TV (non-clickable inventory) doesn’t use Visit URLs. For applicable creative groups, enter your desired Visit URL (also called a ‘Destination URL).


📝 Note: If using Multi-Touch creative, the Visit URL appended to the Video Creative will apply to the linked Multi-Touch Group.


Add Visit URLs

  1. From the Tracking Parameters section, select the Add or Edit option for the Visit URL field.

  2. In the Visit URL field, input your desired landing page.

    This would be a domain URL before a '?'.

  3. Click Done.

Format Requirements

  • The Visit URL will default to all-lowercase.

  • If your URL needs capitalization, contact the Platform Experience team via a support request.

  • The Visit URL field must include the https:// or http:// protocol.

  • The Visit URL will default to all-lowercase.

  • Do not include the “?” character or any parameters that follow it in the Visit URL field.
